Communications Director
Communications Director
Scope: Full Time / Part Time (Worldwide)
The Role: Dissrup’s Communications Director will oversee all communications efforts, including brand voice development, media relations, social media, product narratives, and content policies.
We’re looking for an exceptional storyteller with a background in art, culture, and technology to help us shape the narrative of Dissrup in this highly impactful and emerging space. A curiosity about the future of crypto and NFTs is a plus.
Responsibilities: Develop and lead our overall communications strategy, ensuring it’s aligned with the company’s goals.
Create a brand voice style guide and ensure that it’s implemented in the best possible ways across all communication platforms, including social media, newsletters, and more.
Identify unique and compelling stories within the phygital and crypto community that we want to highlight.
Shape media coverage and public perception of Dissrup.
In collaboration with product and outreach teams, develop narratives for new drops.

Back End Partners
Back End Partners
Scope: Full Time / Project Base (Worldwide)
The Role: Dissrup’s Back End partners will be in charge of all blockchain solutions for our NFT purchase system. This includes establishing the protocols Dissrup will use across the platform, connecting to existing APIs of our requisite tools, and advising decisions in the field of energy usage, gas, traffic, and more.
It is necessary to build a back-end that reaches all the traditional aspects of an online store/marketplace. This construction must necessarily be from scratch due to the characteristics of the project. (ex: crypto payments/bids, Metamask connection, etc)
Responsibilities: Develop and lead our overall Protocols strategy, ensuring it’s aligned with the company’s goals and values.
Create, engineer, and maintain blockchain solutions that support hosted phygital and digital products.
Connect our Front End team with the endpoints of various APIs to enable our auction framework.
Research and stay up-to-date on the best strategies for eco-friendly crypto production.
Build the entire shop/marketplace back-end, Plan all the back-office sitemap, Implement all the marketplace email automation, Connect the back-end with our NextJS app, Integrate payments/bids/ownership with an NFT marketplace API using web3.js and smart contracts.
Skills & Experience: You’re experienced with Ethereum and various blockchain protocols.
You’re familiar with smart contracts, Solidity, React, GraphQL, and Postgres.
Experience with Typescript, Ethers.js, Hardhat, and Graph Protocol is a bonus.
You are familiar with: NodeJS/PHP/Ruby, SQL/NoSQL, React, Web3.js, Smart Contract & Blockchain

The Role: We are looking for a personal assistant for our team in Tel Aviv. Your role will include managing daily tasks, schedule administration, and cross-management of tasks that straddle a wide range of areas, topics, and disciplines.
This is a part-time job for a limited number of hours at Yambo Studio, Hayarkon Street in Tel Aviv. from 9 AM to 2 PM on a dynamic schedule that suits both parties.

The Role: Dissrup’s Public Relations Officer will use a wide range of media to build and sustain a good image for our brand through planned publicity campaigns and PR activity. This role will be responsible for handling all aspects of planned publicity campaigns and PR activities. We are looking for someone that will help us penetrate this emerging market and give us the broadest exposure possible.
Responsibilities: Planning publicity strategies and campaigns, Writing and producing presentations and press releases, Analyzing media coverage. Commissioning or undertaking relevant crypto and fashion market research.
Skills & Experience: Work experience in a previous role for PR, marketing, or journalism in the field of Fashion, Street Culture & Art (must)

Creative WebGL Developer
Creative WebGL Developer
Scope: Remote Work / Freelance (Worldwide)
The Role: Dissrup is looking for a Creative WebGL developer, you’ll be tasked with conceptualizing, designing, and developing engaging web-based 3D experiences to showcase Dissrup drops.
About you: You’re passionate about making stunning web experiences with 3D computer graphics and can learn quickly. We strive to push the boundaries for visualizing and interacting with 3D geospatial data by improving web interactions and implementing new visualization techniques and want to work with individuals who strive for the same.
Responsibilities: Design and implement real-time 3D rendering techniques.
Develop WebGL animations and interactions based on specific requirements and research.
Stay up-to-date with real-time rendering techniques and evaluate disruptive technologies for web-based 3D rendering engines.
Skills: Excellent programming and software architecture skills.
Good communication and adaptation for our team workflow.
